For this brief the object was to
produce
a piece of design work
that in some way reflected a
‘reduction’. For me this was
a set
of posters designed to reduce the
purchase of gym memberships
that later become unused.
The idea came from a quote I
found which states that 4.5
million people in the UK own a
gym membership, but only 27%
of those people actually use them.
I decided to mock the whole
notion of ‘gyms’ and promote the
environment as an alternative
solution since most of what you
can achieve can be done just as
easily outdoors.
